Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched from Auckland within 2-4 business days of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping - New Zealand

We ship from Auckland, New Zealand using a tracked courier service. Delivery time frames are typically 2-4 business days after dispatch to urban areas. Delivery times may vary during public holidays, Christmas and New Year periods.

Orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be picked on January 5th.

Flat standard courier rate : NZD $9 for any NZ order under NZD $200.

FREE shipping: for all NZ orders NZD $200 and over in one single transaction, after discounts* are applied, including the newsletter thank you discount*.

Rural delivery addresses: NZD $14.70 which includes a surcharge of $5.70. Please also allow additional time for your order to reach you.
