Refund policy
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
Returnable within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange*.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with tags. You'll also need proof or receipt of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items or giftcards are not returnable. Please choose carefully here.
RETURNING AN ITEM:
- Contact Us To start a return, please email us at hello@smallbatchbedding.co.nz to start your return process. Include your order number and reason for the return. If your item arrived damaged, please include clear photographs for verification. You will need to get in touch with us via email within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.*
- Return Approval Once approved, we'll send you return instructions.
- Shipping Your Return You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost (unless the item is faulty). We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't otherwise guarantee receipt.
- Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirming when the refund is processed.
*EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible unused item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Sometimes something can slip past us... should this happen, please contact us immediately at hello@smallbatchbedding.co.nz and include your order number, the faulty item or damage and a photo so we can assess the issue and guide you through the process in order to make it right. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you could vary. Your replacement item will be sent when we have received and checked your returned product.
